Herding Lesson Students

A big part of herding with your dog is understanding sheep.  All of our students get the opportunity to participate in some of the real world stock work that is part of running a farm like ours and an essential part or learning to read and understand sheep.

As the student and their dog progress they can participate in gathering sheep from the fields, moving them from field to field, working the livestock in and around the barn and sorting sheep.  Below are some pictures of some of our students and their dogs during lessons and working around the farm.
