Life on the Farm

When we moved here Ian had been involved in farming and raising sheep for a fair length of time but Raven was new to living and working on a farm. This dichotomy resulted in some differences in interpretation of daily events on the farm that we thought were worth sharing. Raven wrote a series of articles called "The Education of a New Farmer" for the Wisconsin Working Stock Dog Association Newsletter and we also put them here on our web site for your enjoyment. Not to be left out Ian wrote a series of small commentaries about strange and funny things that happen on our farm called "You Have To Laugh When...". We hope you enjoy them. After a break from writing about farm life we are intending to resume this series soon so stop back each month or so to read new entries.
